This computing pathway provides learners with a progressive route to develop the technical knowledge and practical skills required for a successful career in the fast-evolving technology sector.
- Level 3: This qualification is equivalent to an A-Level and serves as an access route to a bachelor's degree in computing. It is designed for learners aged 16+ and provides foundational knowledge across a range of essential IT topics, from programming and web development to cyber security.
- Level 4: Equivalent to the first year of a bachelor's degree, this qualification provides core knowledge in the main areas of computing. ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Business and Management
Overview : This qualification is equivalent to A-Levels and is designed for learners aged 16 and above who wish to progress to a business or management degree but may not have traditional entry qualifications. It provides a strong foundation in the core principles of business, preparing students for the rigours of higher education.
ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Information and Digital Technologies (60 Credits)
- Entry Requirements : 5 or more GCSEs at grades C/4 and above, or an equivalent Level 2 qualification.
ATHE Level 4 Extended Diploma in Computing (120 Credits)
- Entry Requirements : A-Level profile or an equivalent Level 3 qualification.
